Ukrainian citizens may travel abroad with a visa, EU residence permit, or under the visa-free regime. In this case, a valid biometric passport, travel insurance, and sufficient cash for the period of stay abroad are required.
Citizens are allowed to cross the border independently from the age of 16. Children under 16 must travel accompanied by parents or authorized persons with notarized consent from both parents. Important: laminated documents may be a reason for refusal at the border.
The ticket price includes 1 piece of luggage (a medium-sized bag or suitcase) weighing up to 30 kg and hand luggage up to 10 kg. Excess, oversized, or non-standard luggage is subject to an additional fee and must be agreed in advance.
Transportation of pets weighing up to 5 kg is allowed, provided they are in a carrier and have all required international veterinary documents, and only with prior approval.
Seating is usually free and depends on vehicle availability. Priority seating is given to passengers with disabilities, pregnant women, mothers with small children, elderly passengers, and people with health limitations.
Payment is made upon boarding the vehicle.
Sanitary stops are made every 2–4 hours and upon passenger request. Stops are allowed only in designated and permitted locations.
